Important information about 'Pay On Success'

Style now, with the guarantee that if you don’t sell, you don’t have to pay for the styling!

With such a guarantee, there are understandably some important conditions that you should be aware of:

• Your property must be listed for sale on 'realestate.com.au' and/or 'domain.com.au' for 90 days if selling by auction, or 120 days if selling by any other means (eg. private treaty). This is called the Commitment Period.
• The property cannot be advertised for rent; or a tenancy agreement signed, during the Commitment Period.
• The Commitment Period restarts if you change agents during the Commitment Period.
• If you sign a sale agreement at any point in the twelve months from initial online listing, you will still be liable for the styling fees at settlement.
• The 20% upfront service and risk protection fee is not deducted from the total styling fees due at settlement.

The conditions are to give your property the full chance of achieving a sale. If you select 'Pay On Success' and any of the conditions are not met, the full styling fees will be immediately payable, even if you have NOT sold.

About 'Pay On Success'

• 'Pay On Success is a loan provided through a third party credit provider, CampaignFlow (Real Flow Finance Pty Ltd Trading As CampaignFlow Corporate Authorised Number 525257).
• Eligibility for the loan is at the sole discretion of CampaignFlow, who will confirm details about your property and personal circumstances. This will not impact on your credit score.
• If you select ‘Pay On Success’ your contact details will be provided to CampaignFlow and you will be directed to their website.
• Pay On Success is not available to developers, flippers or properties already on the market at the time of application.
• Your obligations to repay the loan will be to CampaignFlow in accordance with the terms of the loan and the product.
• Advantage is not an agent, nor receives any Commission from CampaignFlow.

Important information about 'Pay Later'

Allows you to pay for Styling and any Trades work at settlement, or 180 days

• Flat 6.9% fee for up to loan maturity
• Repaid at settlement, withdrawal or 180 days
• No credit checks
• No monthly payments
• Funds in 24 hours

Loans have terms ranging up to 6 months. Repayment is due on the earlier of settlement, 6 months, withdrawal or deposit release.
